JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in the general HR, administrative and clerical tasks as may be assigned in Human Resource and Resource Assurance

  •  Maintain and update the recruitment/inquiry tracker

  • Review Job Description and post recruitment ads in different job boards

  • Communicate/respond to inquiries

  • Responsible for company policies, updating employee 201 files and candidates CRM updates.

  • Follow through on applications

  • Perform other duties as needed

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as Admin Assistant/ Recruiter.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
  • Tech Savvy, knowledgeable in recruitment tools and MS office.
  • Knowledgeable in handling end-to-end Recruitment processes is a MUST.
  • Experience in technical recruitment/ IT industry is an edge
  • Strong leadership skills and team player
  • Excellent in English communications skills both in speaking and in writing.
  • Willing to work onsite in Sampaloc Manila, night shift from 9pm-6am
  • Preferably residing in Sampaloc Manila
