IT Support Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performs installation, assembly, and configurations of Server, POS, computers, network, and peripherals such as Printers, Scanners, Cashdrawer and related store I.T.
- Performs repair and troubleshooting of HW/SW related problems including network and peripheral equipment issues
- Performs Preventive Maintenance of POS Units and peripherals
- Store opening (Set-up & Standby On-site support)
- Provides timely update for daily itineraries and on-time submission of necessary documents such as service call, trip tickets, delivery receipts to concerned groups
- Work reflects maximum innovative use of time and resources to consistently surpass expectations and improve operations.
- Perform extra tasks aside from usual support tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or computer-related courses
- Experience and competency with Point-of-Sale hardwares (Lenovo, HP, Advantech, Epson, Dell, and NCR)
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server applications
- Knowledge of configuration, installation, and implementation of hardware and software;
