- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology or any related course
- Experienced employee 1 year & up
- Knowledgeable in process business forms/requirements
- Prepare Financial spreadsheets to record daily transactions
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of financial and administrative reports
- Maintenance of proper filing system for finance and administrative reports
- Ensure the compliance of administration/financial policies and procedure
- Contribute to the company’s goals by accomplishing related duties
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and financial reports)
- Ability to work an communicate effectively
- High level of good organizational and administrative skills.
