We are looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to collaborate on our digital marketing strategy. You must have extensive experience navigating different social media platforms and understand how to analyze data to determine popular trends and develop effective marketing campaigns.

While this position focuses on social media, you should also be familiar with other types of online marketing, such as email marketing, blogging, and mobile app advertising. We prefer candidates with a creative background such as video editing, video repurposing, and graphic design.

• Assess our current online presence
• Develop a social media marketing strategy and discuss this with the CEO
• Create and maintain a posting and content schedule
• Delegate content creation to the rest of the team
• Create reports on the progress of social media campaigns
• Run effective and strategic ads
• Create creative designs and edit videos
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure everything is in placed and implemented

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or equivalent in a remote set-up
• Proficient in using MS Office, Google Suite, Digital Marketing tools, Reels, Facebook Business Manager or Ads Manager, Snapshot ads, Tiktok ads, Video Editing software, Graphic Design software, SEO, and Web Design
• Bonus skills: Familiarity with Rumble and BitChute is preferred but not necessary
• Willing to learn and a fast learner
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working in US Timezone
