The MIESCOR LOGISTICS, INC. (MLI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) and was established in 2001. The company holds Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) license category "AA" for general building.
MLI offers an array of high-quality general and logistics services covering four major industries namely construction, maintenance management, transportation, and manpower.
MLI’s Building Facilities Maintenance Unit is proudly certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Furthermore, MLI boasts of more than 300 vehicles, almost 1,000 pieces of light, medium and heavy equipment, and nearly 2,600-strong employees.
At present, MLI also provides specialized services ranging from transport services, renovation and fit-out works, maintenance of warehouses, buildings or facilities (elevators, pump stations, chillers, windows, and even yard landscapes), up to job contracting services (clerks, janitors, and messengers).
It is also an accredited dealer and installer of Concepcion- Carrier air conditioning systems. Indeed, MLI has established itself as a general and logistics- services provider since its humble beginnings in August 2001.
