JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in business operation in the field of trade, Being familiar with AliExpress platform is preferred, good for English , and the ability to use PS software is preferred;
  • Strong learning ability, able to understand the rules of the AliExpress platform in a short time and manage the store independently ;
  • Have the ability of logical analysis, communication and judgement;
  • Be proactive at work, find problems, have own awareness, and be able to work overtime;
  • Have great interest and enthusiasm for the e-commerce industry.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily work of the platform (product upload, product optimization, order review, reporting platform activities, product promotion, creating marketing plans);
  • Be familiar with AliExpress platform rules, responsible for account management and maintenance;
  • Improve the store's positive rating and various indicators to ensure the stability and security of the account;
  • According to the product plan and adjustment to arrange changes, timely formulate sales strategies and promotions, having data analysis to find the best seller;
  • Complete the monthly sales target and system training.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;
  • 2-4 years of sales experience;
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Highly self-motivated;
  • Willing to work full-time on-site at BGC Taguig;
  • Can start ASAP
