JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Answering customer’s questions via phone and/or live chat
  • Maintaining and updating customers’ accounts
  • Responding to customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solutions to the customers

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a Native Korean
  • Preferably with relevant experience but not required
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to be relocated to Makati, Philippines (Air ticket will be reimbursed by the company)
