JOB DESCRIPTION
- Primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end that are according to specifications
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Implement secure and well-documented APIs for ease of integration
- Assess product specifications, then provide technical recommendations based on efficiency, best practices, and latest trends
- Collaborate with the product, UI/UX, and client-facing application development teams to align specifications
- Continuously improve applications based on business demands and customer feedback
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Full-stack, or Backend developer with strong skills and experience in using Node.js for Backend or Full stack development.
- Excellent debugging and optimization skills including code review
- Ability to leverage version control (Git) to coordinate development flows
- Skilled in database usage (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and performance management
- Experience in microservice and mobile integration (JWT, OAuth)
- Can design, test, and document REST API’s using Postman, Swagger, Apigee
- Experience working with container and serverless environments (Docker, ECS, EKS, Lambda) on public Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google)
• Familiarity with Build Servers and Tools: Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline
