* Drive organization's people focused strategies and initiatives from recruitment to people development, people analytics, organizational development, people operations, and wellbeing.
* Elaborate, integrate, and promote tools & programs enabling managers and business leaders to make best possible people decisions.
* Provide advisory, coaching and consultation to managers and employees on people related topics, company's policies and procedures.
* Manage regular compensation reviews followed by the recommendations to senior management.
* Facilitate talent management process & talent meetings
* Bachelor’s degree with one of the following majors: Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant majors
* At least 15 years of working preferably in the same industry
* Experience in retail mall operations is a must
* Strong knowledge of labor law and employee relations
* Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
* Strong ethics and reliability
* Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing) at business level
* Proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, power-point)
* Knowledge of HRMS, i.e. Workday (desirable but not essential)
