Job Description:
· Receives and checks Dispatch Tickets from Operations Department, reviews ticker details like vessel name, agent, date, port of assistance, number of hours per assistance, the signature of Tug Master and vessel representative
· Determines the rates to be used. Most of the rates are variable so it is to important to check the ports and agents
· Verifies attachments for completeness prior to preparation of Billing Statements
· Input details for invoicing
· Records Billing Statements to Sales Journal.
· Checking the overdue accounts and reconciling balances with clients.
· Prepare credit Memos on the monthly basis
· Performs other tasks and duties which shall be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accountancy/Management or any related business course
· Must have at least 1 to 2 years of related work experience, with a background working in Shipping/Maritime is a PLUS.
· Willing to report on-site or work in the Office
· Willing to be assigned at Bangkal, Makati (Near PNR Magallanes)
· Willing to start ASAP
