The Sales Development Representative is the first point of connection for the clients. You will be researching and qualifying clients to determine if they may benefit from the company’s services. You will be responsible for a console of leads that you will research, nurture, and refer to account executives to close.
SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Support the needs of potential clients
· Collaborate successfully with the sales teams to optimize productivity
· Engage and qualify interested clients and help them explore further by connecting them with one of our account executives
· Connect with leads, taking inbound calls and/or email inquiries
· Research leads and manage a pipeline
· Manage a high volume of outbound call
· Communicate our services clearly and be able to react to objections, competitive questions, and other FAQs
· Organize tasks and lead pipelines and campaigns to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
· Interact professionally, both verbally and written to customer inquiries and concerns
QUALIFICATIONS
· A major in Accounting or Finance background in college would be helpful
· Computer-proficient and able to learn a new computer system
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required; a neutral accent is a plus
· A desire to learn and grow, with the willingness to undergo extensive training
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
