JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a candidate enthusiastic about sales and account management. We are offering two different positions, intended for self-motivated and result-oriented Sales specialist:

  • Position for All IP’s SMS A2P BULK product
  • Position for All IP’s Voice Wholesale product

Both positions requires from its holder to be committed person who is able to work independently and as a dedicated team player. Reaching Sales and Development targets through finding mutually beneficial solutions and building long-term business relationships with Key Partners. He/she is responsible for managing the wholesale relations with other Carriers-Aggregators, interconnects and coverage extension with new countries & products. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

JOB QUALIFICATION

ESSENTIAL
* Ability to manage large pipeline and multitask
* Knowledge of telecommunication industry and trends
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Grow the existing accounts by developing new business
* Self-motivated and conscientious
* Achieving sales targets established by the management by negotiating buying & selling rates
* Ability to communicate at all levels and carry out face to face client meetings
* Identify opportunities within the designated industries for new customer acquisition
* Execution of contracts with new partners
* Monitoring and analysis of market trends and rates
* Sharing expertise with peers and is proactive in developing internal business processes
* Fluent in English, (written and spoken ) any other language is a strong asset


DESIRABLE
* University degree: Sales or Marketing or Business, or any other
Business to business sales experience
* Strong skills in Mail programs, MS Office or any CRM
* Tenacity of purpose and development intention, accuracy, orientation to customer’s needs
* High energy self-starter
* Negotiation skills

Asia Telecom is a Licensed Telecom Service Provider with its Corporate Headquarters in Hong Kong. Incorporated in 1997, the corporation has continued to expand its footprint in Asia and the Pacific and has operating licenses in Singapore and Taiwan along with its Business Process and Support Service Centers located in Philippines and Indonesia.

The BPO business started as captive operations for the parent company and buoyed by the consistent operations, Asiatel diversified into a third party BPO, serving corporates and SMEs from different geographies.

Asia Telecom has nearly a decade long experience in call center operations. Asiatel BPO is set up in Philippines and Indonesia. The voice campaigns are mostly executed from Philippines and the non-voice outsourcing is mostly executed from Indonesia office.
