JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collates all information to process and prepare Billing Statement
- Sends Billing Statements to Clients
- Prepares Statement of Account to Clients
- Post Payments of Clients
- Follows ups Status of Unpaid Accounts
- Ensures updated payment of Accounts
- Assist in data entry and preparation of report on other financial data
- Assists in administrative work
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate in Accountancy or equivalent course
- Quick Learner
- Well Organized
- Accuracy and Attention to details
- Works with Minimum Supervision
- With ability to multitask
- With good oral and communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
