JOB SUMMARY - MAIN AREA’S OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
Residual OTC Activities:
- Coordination with Customer, GSC and Commercial team for the processing of CNs before GIS validation
- Coordination with Customer and GSC team for the release and delivery of invoices and other documents
- Customer management and collection
- Monitoring of the Company’s AR aging schedule
- Assistance in the preparation and finalization of monthly and quarterly gross-to-net schedules
 
Residual RTR Activities:
- Collection, monitoring and coordination with GIS for the posting of creditable withholding taxes
- Preparation of tax entries for approval by the finance manager
- Assistance in the preparation of documents requested for the preparation of tax returns, financial statements and other documents
- Preparation of ATRIG for approval by the finance manager/ assistant finance manager
- To take responsibility for the day-to-day tasks required/ ad hoc activities

Role Description:
The Finance Associate shall handle residual activities such as RTR and OTC.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably a CPA but not required
- At least 3-5 years' work-related experience preferably in Accounting and Tax
- Preferably knowledgeable on both US and local GAAP
- Proficient in Financial System and Office Application Software
- Excellent in planning and organizing skills
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, time and records management
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and have good time management skills
- Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig
