Job Description

• Provides general support to the Sales and Marketing Department on its day-to-day operations.
• Creates sales proposals and presentation materials.
• Prepares sales quotations and bid documents.
• Deals with customers, external offices, agencies, and organizations.
• Arranges schedule, travel accommodation, allowances, and other administrative requirements of the Sales and Marketing Group.
• Monitors delivery of goods and completion of projects from beginning to end.
• Handles collections and all corresponding document requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of any-year Business course, Engineering or its Technical equivalent.
• Experience in dealing with corporate clients and government agencies is an advantage.
• Background in industrial products and services like Road Traffic Management Systems carries a strong point.
• Has good oral and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Motivated, dynamic, and hardworking.
• Willing to travel around the country.
