RECEPTIONIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Receptionist is usually the first person customers often meet when they enter the restaurant.
- Serve customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Informs customers by answering or referring inquiries.
- Receives booking orders from clients, checks the records for availability of tables, and processes clients requests accordingly.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least senior high school graduate or college level
- with pleasing personality
- Energetic and sociable person
- Possess retentive memory to remember bookings
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to maintain orderliness
- Fulltime, willing to undergo trainings
- Can work on weekends, holidays and shifting schedule
- with at least six month relevant working experience in a restaurant is an advantage.
- Can start immediately
