Responsibilities Will Include:

• Depending on the actual experience, previous role/s handled, certification/s, and credentials of the hired applicant, various front-line and/or back-end real estate marketing, and/or sales processing functions for current low-, mid- and high-end residential subdivision projects of the Company, will be assigned. The job will focus on the implementation and execution of various marketing plans and strategies in order to meet sales quotas of the various residential projects of the Company, across various target markets and market segments.

What you need to succeed:

1. Must have direct experience in REAL ESTATE customer service, marketing, sales processing, and/or contract/ loan documentation particularly for residential projects of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS;
2. Real estate salespersons, property specialists, or licensed brokers looking for regular employment and salaried positions will be prioritized and are highly encouraged to apply;
3. Those with direct front-line exposure to customers while handling marketing and sales roles for various projects of real estate companies/ developers are encouraged to apply;
4. Must have direct experience in handling or transacting with accredited real estate sales persons, property specialists, and/or licensed brokers/ brokerages and/or their sales teams, or in-house marketing staff of real estate developers. Must be an outgoing individual able to organize, manage, and expand sales networks engaged in residential real estate marketing and sales.
5. Must have the ability to execute marketing and sales strategies and various marketing activities targeting varied market segments. Those who are already familiar with the local real estate industry in Davao City are preferred;
6. Must possess the qualities of an effective marketing and sales professional; must be extremely goal-oriented, must be a multi-tasker, and must have an exceptionally pleasing, outgoing, and amiable personality. Must have excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and organizational skills. Must be outgoing and eager to engage with clients/ customers regularly, and orient, serve, and train real estate agents and salespersons;
7. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Must be an excellent and inspiring presenter and trainer;
8. Must be adept in all Microsoft Office applications. Must be familiar with online sales and marketing channels. The utilization and management of various marketing materials and marketing channels of the Company and its project are an essential part of the job;
9. Must be able to immediately assume the role and contribute to the current objectives of the Company, which will be detailed during the interview process if shortlisted.
