JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB OBJECTIVE
- Responsible in receiving and consolidation of orders from different branches.
- In charge of encoding and posting all branch orders into the warehouse management system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order Management
- Receives stock orders from all branches.
- Consolidates all stock orders according to delivery routes with different store assignments.
- Sends the consolidated orders to the warehouse coordinator for stock preparation purposes.
- Posts all branch orders into the warehouse management system as sales or transfer order.
- Coordinates with branches for concerns related to additional and cancellation of stock orders.
- Delivery Receipts Review (Franchised Stores only)
- Matches the delivery receipts submitted by franchised stores against the actual
orders initially recorded in the NAVISION and makes adjustments if necessary.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Department for billing of the deliveries made to franchised stores
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration course
- Microsoft Office packages
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Keen eye on details
- Time Management Skills
