JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities
  • Coordinate office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals
  • Provide thorough and accurate reports on the activities performed within the business
  • Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
  • Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
  • Manage all third-party communication and technology queries and networking
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of the organisation and all relevant legislative requirements.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by your manager.
  • Participate in meetings as required.
  • Participate in quality reviews as requested.
  • Participate in staff training and development as required.
  • Undertake other duties as may be allocated by your manager.

JOB QUALIFICATION

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • 1-2 years BPO experience, with customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to strict deadlines and collection targets
  • Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Trustworthy, honest and levelheaded
  • Highly trainable and motivated, and adopt to client’s business procedures
  • With good English communication skills enough to convey communication internally and with business partners.
  • Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center on a shifting and weekend schedule and work rotating shifts.
