JOB DESCRIPTION
Machine Adjuster changes parts and makes the adjustments needed to change the machine from one size or style of product to another. to have a fine Adjustments. The adjuster must make small changes in the machine settings to correct irregularities that may detract from the product's quality.
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least:
- MALE not more than 40 years old
- Electrical Engineering or Electro Mechanical Technology graduate/undergraduate
- TESDA Certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII, NCIII (updated/re-validated)
- Also knowledgeable in basic Electrical wiring and can read machine manuals, blue prints
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as Machine Maintenance in a manufacturing setting
- Can handle pressure and is willing to undergo shifting schedule
- Work include trouble shooting, calibration and adjustments of machine parameters for plastic packaging products.
- Good leadership, and technical skills
