JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Provide support or assistance in current and incoming projects of IT, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Providing technical support across the company or the client.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year Information Technology or any related courses
- Desktop Support Internship experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products including Operating Systems and Application Tools is an advantage
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to travel to other sites for field support
