JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Maintain database and reconsiles actual stock to recorded inventory
- Performs physical count of inventory
- Prepare weekly usagae report
- Record purchases and process purchase orders/ delivery receipts as required
- doing field works- store inventory count (quarterly and annual)
- Assist the Accounting Manager for the preparation of reports and reconcilations for internal and external reference
- Archiving and maintaining of Company's documentations and files.
- Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager and the higher Management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-4 year experience specialized in Account Payable, Inventory, General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel (PIVOT, SUMIF,LOOKUP, IF FUNCTION)
- Teamplayer, with good Analytical skills and attention to details.
- Can work in a high-pressure and fast paced environment
- Willing to do field work
- Willing to work on an extended hours as needed
- Must have good analytical skills
- Must be amenable to work in Pasig City
