JOB DESCRIPTION

• -Bachelor’s degree graduate

• -Must possess at least 1-2 years BPO experience handling voice, chat or
email accounts 
• -With experience directly interacting with customers for non-voice experienced
applicants 
• -Strong verbal and written English communication skills 
• -Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best
customer experience
• -Amenable to work in rotating shifts
• -Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
