To support the Business Development Team on the delivery of core services to existing and potential Franchisees and contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of Business Development activities.
III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Real Estate
a. Monitor and update target stores
b. Source new locations and be able to do market study to ensure profitability of new stores to open
c. Conduct foot traffic evaluation
d. Schedule lease re-measurement (LR), technical meeting, pre-construction meeting, pre-opening inspection and punch listing and turnover to operations; handles due diligence of property before accepting lease.
e. Handles administrative task including documentation Contracts, and new store requirements
2. Property Management
a. Coordinates with Lessor for any lease concern
b. Update store directory
c. Monitors contract of lease
d. Sub-lease relation including monitoring, billing and coordination of any information of concern
3. Franchise Management
a. Entertain Franchise Inquiry and screen initial Franchise applicants
b. Franchise Relation
i. Schedule quarterly Franchise financial review and business meeting with existing franchisees
ii. Monitors submission of required reports from the franchisees
4. Perform other task as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Business Course or any other related courses
- 3 years related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Team Player and ability to multi-task
- Professional in the manner of speaking, and in all aspects of Business
- Excellent people skills
- Project Management experience an advantage
