JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general direction, responsible for planning, organizing, evaluating and implementing strategies and techniques to ensure that all administrative support service and consistently add value to the present and future state.
- With Learning and Organizational Development Background.
- Good in HR Analytics.
- With good working knowledge of labor laws, compensation and benefits
- Proficient in Word Processing and Spreadsheet.
- Good Presentation Skills
- IT proficiency, especially in database management, is an advantage
JOB QUALIFICATION
- College graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Behavioral Science; post graduate degree or units in the field of Business Management is preferred but not required.
- 5 years' experience in managing the entire Corporate and/or Administrative Services.
