JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary function of the HR Recruitment Specialist is to assist in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:

end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, posting ads on job boards and social media outlets.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Qualifications:

 

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Familiar with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and on-boarding processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in handling end-to end recruitment, compensation and benefits (Timekeeping and payroll) and Employee Relation.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Highly analytical, organized and detailed – oriented
  • Diligent and trustworthy
  • Willing to work ONSITE in BGC (Bonifacio Global City).

WORK SETUP:

 

Day shift from 9AM TO 6PM, Mon- Fri

Fixed weekends off
