JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Clean shelves, counters and tables.
- Help customers try on or fit merchandise. Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Compute sales prices and total purchases.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Male/Female
- Candidate must have reached at least 2nd year college level
- Must have pleasing personality and must be highly skilled in dealing with people, self motivated, hardworking and result oriented
- Experience in retail sales is an advantage
- Candidate must be proactive and flexible
- Understands the value of customer service
- Honest and dependable
- Applicants who worked at Adidas, Nike, Fila, etc. is an advantage
