JOB DESCRIPTION

Ka-Eastern Service Operations Center Engineer manages end-to-end fault restoration, provides first-line technical investigation and diagnosis of incidents and service requests within established standards and SLA.  S/he monitors all events that occur through the ETPI Network and ensures continuous network service quality.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Our Service Operations Center Engineer must be:

  • A Licensed Electronics Communications Engineer
  • Knowledgeable in Communications (IP, Telephony, Transmission, Cloud Network, etc.), Network Monitoring tools, and MS Office applications
  • Competent in understanding of ITIL Processes and procedures
  • Highly analytical, excellence driven and with positive work attitude
  • Amenable to work in shifts  in a 24x7 environment
