JOB DESCRIPTION
Ka-Eastern Service Operations Center Engineer manages end-to-end fault restoration, provides first-line technical investigation and diagnosis of incidents and service requests within established standards and SLA. S/he monitors all events that occur through the ETPI Network and ensures continuous network service quality.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Our Service Operations Center Engineer must be:
- A Licensed Electronics Communications Engineer
- Knowledgeable in Communications (IP, Telephony, Transmission, Cloud Network, etc.), Network Monitoring tools, and MS Office applications
- Competent in understanding of ITIL Processes and procedures
- Highly analytical, excellence driven and with positive work attitude
- Amenable to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment
