JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Handling and Monitoring chat and emails real time
  • Assist client with any inquiries which are related to the games and account.
  • Create and update back office on any issues that require resolution on the ticketing/support system.
  • Monitor and provide support for gaming operation.
  • Troubleshoot any issue related to the games including but not limited to the operation area and customer / customer support complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all related department regarding any relevant gaming activities.
  • Communicate any trending issues or foreseen risks to have them addressed as soon as possible.
  • Perform assigned tasks and able to resolve or escalate as needed
  • Monitor and assure the integrity of the gaming operation.
