JOB DESCRIPTION
- Facilitates end to end recruitment process
- Prepares, updates & monitors master list, status & movement of employees
- Creates and updates database of potential candidates
- Finds & forecasts potential candidates which suited for the requirements of the job.
- Updates/ post announcements on FB pages/Social media
- Provides qualified applicants for pooling.
- Maintains and updates 201 files.
- Helps the HR supervisor/manager for the training and development program for all employees.
- Responsible for contract monitoring of weekly and monthly personnel
- Assists with daily operations, ISO documents & seasonal events.
- Issuance of disciplinary action to all employees.
- Recommends, initiates and organize employee engagement & activities
- Performs other related tasks assigned by the Head/Management
JOB QUALIFICATION
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resource
- Has working experience in Recruitment and other HR Facets
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
- Willing to start ASAP
