• Handle pre-sales and post-sales via calls, chats, and emails
• Review customer applications for accuracy and completeness
• Provide comprehensive merchant services for any new boarding and support procedures
• Coordinate with various departments for merchant requests
• Conduct training to merchants and explain how the system works
• Generating and sharing reports to the Management for reference consolidating and monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least holds a bachelor’s degree
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of the English language, both oral and written.
• Strong relationship management skills, ability to collaborate, and bring people together towards a shared outcome
• Ability to negotiate and influence a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external
• Good understanding of the drivers of success
• Understand the merchant acquiring and payments businesses and customers' expectations of the company (product management experience including understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle)
• Passionate about high-quality work and continuous improvement in business procedures.
• Possess sharp analytical skills.
• Be a team player and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
• Good record of attendance, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but highly prefer those with Merchant services related experience
• Willing to report to Bacoor, Cavite at least once a week
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
