General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with DEV, Operations, Sales, Merchant Services, Marketing and Customer Support teams to resolve merchant issues post-launch focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Regularly review key performance indicators for improvement opportunities and propose process, product, and/or services optimizations where applicable
• Maintain technical acumen through a periodic refresh of knowledge about products, systems, and solutions;
• Set strategic direction for major merchants;

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 3 or 5 years of relevant experience
• Sales/Customer Service/Customer Support experience
• Direct customer-facing and project implementation experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to gain knowledge and learn related company department processes
• Capability in solving problems and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams
• Capability of developing and maintaining excellent long-term customer/superior/peer relationships
• Willing to report in Bacoor, Cavite once a week
