JOB DESCRIPTION
• Completed at least 2 years in college
• preferably with at least 6 months of solid BPO experience in a voice account (College Graduates with no work experience are welcome to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean (Hangul) or Mandarin
• Positive, self-motivated, and energetic
• Pre-dominantly dayshift but must be amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
