Job Description:
Lead the Operations team in providing operational control and management in accordance with the customer requirement. Accountable for the planning & execution of improvement activities in accordance with schedules, budget, quality standards. Works with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met and that products conform to quality standards. Leads improvement and directs the activities of the operations staff.
1. Develop, control, plan & assist in budget and CAPEX preparation and implement cost-effective measures to control operating expenditures, manpower, wages and related overhead costs.
2. Drive factory grow and transfer from Business Unit following transfer process standard meeting customer expectation
3. Develop, improve and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
4. Develop, improve and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
5. Drive continuous improvement efforts and related corrective/preventive action programs and other related functions in operations.
6. Customer Satisfaction Management which includes developing tracking system for customer returns and rejections and monitoring customer satisfaction. Directly communicate with customers to ensure positive relationship is established.
7. Supplier Management which includes developing supplier quality index and improvement programs.
8. Provide work leadership to other individuals in the operation; coordinate and direct routine department activities.
9. Responsible in demonstrating integrity in its business dealings with people & organizations and should operate consistent to the corporate's highest ethical standards.
Job qualification:
i. Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any relevant Engineering Courses
ii. Master's Degree Graduate are highly preferred
iii. Must be in the career level of CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director
iv. Minimum of 20 years experience as CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Director
viii. Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
