JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Handling queries and complaints, answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings, prepare vouchers, arrange travel and accommodations
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
- Proficient Outlook skills
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Resourceful and intuitive self-starter, enjoy multi-tasking in a technical and administrative environment
- Resourceful, with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Confidential, dedicated and punctual
- At least 5’5 ft. for female and 5’7 ft. for male
