JOB DESCRIPTION
- Observe activities in the lobby, monitor security cameras and keep logs of package deliveries and maintain free flow movement of the building
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies and procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings at all times
- Providing guest service and helps guest with opening and closing of car doors, carrying items, as well as giving directions and keep an eye out for suspicious activity in and around the entrance of the building
- Responsible for checking identification to ensure that only authorized individuals can access certain areas of the building
- Conducting security checks of vehicles entering the complex, including requesting identification from drivers and inspecting vehicles for signs of damage or hidden storage compartments
- Maintaining order in the building by enforcing rules and regulations regarding noise levels, pets, unruly behavior, and other infractions
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/ College degree in Criminology or any related field
- Previous luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred
- Must consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene as deemed by management.
- Customer driven and an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ individual with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character
- Must have valid state issues driver's license with code 1 and 2 restrictions (expired, revoked, suspended or denied are not considered valid)
- At least 5’7 in height
- Physically Fit
