JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages the daily work and safety of sanitation associates engaged in building and grounds maintenance, sanitation, refrigeration systems, powered industrial equipment and security
- Manages the proper selection, purchase, utilization, and inventory of powered industrial equipment used in support of the operation.
- Responsible for supervising assigned team members
- Diagnose the problem providing technical reports to the Management and advise rectification.
- Assist the maintenance provider for trouble shooting HVAC issues by providing diagnosis from BMS for faster response
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified), licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance- related role
- Must have a valid state issues driver's license (expired, revoked, suspended or denied are not considered valid)
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (mechanical, HVAC, Genset, electrical, security)
- Analytical and critical thinking assists in evaluating problems and making decisions.
