JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the daily operations of the hotel including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff members
- Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the 11 suite luxury boutique hotel
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
- Ensure that the hotel is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed
- Responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
- Review guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure that all associated activities are handled flawlessly.
- Oversee the work of housekeeping staff and control room and supplies inventory.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset or Graduates bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in hotel or other related field
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a 5 Star Hotel as Hotel Supervisor
- Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software's, Revenue Management Systems and Online Travel Agency Systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Displays initiative and commitment to professional values.
- With pleasing personality
- Willing to work or to be relocated in Batangas City
- At least 5’5 ft in height
