JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting customers in a confident and professional way before taking their orders, serving items and cleaning away used crockery, cutlery and glasses
- Facilitate guest arrival and departure-Prepared and manage food service area-Review inventory reports and submit orders to maintain satisfactory levels
- Understanding all food and beverage items on the menu and be able to explain particular products to customers and offer personalized recommendations
- Execute safety and consistency checks of food trays before distribution to the dining hall
- Handled food and beverage orders while providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Communicate to the supervisor concerning the daily operation and needs for supplies, report regularly to the F&B Supervisor concerning daily operation
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Food & Beverage Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or TESDA Food and Beverage Services NC II or any related courses
- Must have at least 1 year of related experience
- Adherence to uniform, grooming, personal hygiene standards and expectations per SOP’s and other related hygiene protocol
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and ability to take initiative and resolve queries in a practical and positive manner
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- At least 5’5 in height
