JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
- Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Monitor the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
- Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor bar set-up maintenance programs, check buffet/reception tables and coffee breaks process plus initiate plans to enhance the aesthetics of the restaurant
- Prepare documents and maintain adherence to departmental standards.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- Food & Beverage product knowledge
- A willingness and passion to serve
- Presentable and well groomed
- Strong ability to communicate and to read and write in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus
