JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Australia based client is currently looking for additional members that will beef up the team for our Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Support.

We are looking for tech savvy individual as TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE for our growing team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible to take inbound calls to provide step-by-step guidelines for the resolution of a technical issue.
  • Help customers resolve technical problems associated with a product or service
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their issues or concerns
  • Gather information useful in providing recommendations and solutions to a technical problem
  • Explain highly technical details to customers using simple understandable terms
  • Ensure compliance with service agreements to evade legal issues
  • Educate customers on the features of company products/services to minimize technical challenges
  • Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
  • Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system, CRM to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must have 1-yearTechnical Support Representative experience
  • Must have B2C experience Call Center
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Experience in warranty services is a plus
  • Experience in supporting Consumer Electronics is an advantage
  • Amenable to work on early shift - dayshift schedule. Australian time.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center Pasig
