Guest Relations Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare a proper list after gathering the arrival and check-in information of all the guests.
  • Foresee the needs of clients and provide a detailed description of all the information that can be potentially asked for along with the documents needed; (food menu, facilities available in rooms, areas ideal for tourism, etc.)
  • Check the amenities for their quality and proper provision to leave no ground for complaints from the guests.
  • Direct, coach and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
  • Proactive and innovative suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs, ensuring their delight with their experience while residing at our hotel
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent and trusted relationships with our guests

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required
  • Must possess a minimum of 1 year experience in customer relations role in a medium to large entertainment and hospitality operation
  • A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Must have a warm personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
