JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
  • Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
  • Review and file payroll documents
  • Participate in quarterly and annual audits

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a graduate of any accounting course (BS Accountancy, BSBA Major in Accounting, BS Accounting technology)
  • Must know how to time keep DTRs. Experience is a plus
  • Must have a good working attitude toward employees, especially guards.
  • Detail Oriented
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to render overtime as circumstances require
  • Experience as a payroll officer in a manpower/security agency is a plus but not required.
