- Delivers all facets of end talent acquisition
- Uses different portals in sourcing applicants
- Expedites posting job vacancies and applicant sourcing in various channels
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's /College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
- computer literate specifically in Excel and other MS Applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality.
