Duties and Responsibilities:

• Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients
• Accomplish marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting training and coaching employees
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertisements
• Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
• Identify trends and determine system improvements, develop field sales action plans and advertising to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
• Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
• Provide direction, support and coaching to internal teams.
• Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
• Perform management duties in the absence of the Sales Director

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management,
• Strong intrapersonal skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Strong business and industry expertise
• Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Ability to work under pressure
