JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing company's overall sales strategy
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports, assessing costs, competition, supply, and demand to identify selling prices.
- Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree/ MA in business/marketing or related fields is an advantage.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience: A minimum of 7 years professional sales, sales management and/or account management experience in software, technology solutions or system integration sales to the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge in Telecom and Network industries, with knowledge in products and services.
- should be a “hunter” with proven experience running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
- Good knowledge of telemarketing and face to face sales and marketing
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
