JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

 Will be the main point person by the General Manager

  • Provides Administrative Assistance
  • Organizing meetings, including, scheduling, sending reminders and proper coordination
  • Accompany the General Manager for business trip (local or overseas).
  • Managing the executive calendar, making appointments and prioritizing most sensitive
  • Provides accurate translation for oral and written
  • Other tasks may give from time to time.
  • Job Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual (Fluent in both Mandarin and English)
  • Must be willing to go on a business trip (local and overseas) with the General manager
  • Preferably Male
  • Preferably below 35 years old
  • Knowledgeable on all Microsoft Office Application like MS word, Excel, PPT and other applications.
  • Graduate of any bachelor
  • With HSK level 5 or 6
