JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Marketing Manager will develop and utilize digital marketing campaigns from various ranges of techniques including paid Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Pay-per-Click (PPC); Overseeing the redesign management, maintenance, and monitoring of the company website and social media accounts.
Job Description:
- Planning Web, SEO/SEM/PPC, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s website and social media presence.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Marketing, Graphics, and Programmer support teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget;
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals ( KPI).
- Conceptualize, create content and recommend new and enhance existing concepts for the improvement of the brand (e.g online campaign).
- Ensures that paid bloggers are being maximized by the company by enhancing strong and existing relationships.
- Create a new blog site per month that will add positive reviews to the brand.
- Ensures that the company gets value for digital marketing expenditures.
- Brainstorm, plan, execute, optimize and measure new and creative growth strategies and conversion points.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate and provide emerging technologies, leadership, and perspective for adoption.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of extensive and proven managerial experience in digital marketing and advertising campaign in a similar industry.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/PPC, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong managerial, analytical, and data-driven thinking skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
