Sustain the controls on respective assembly station assigned to him / her. Promote quality / yield improvement and cycle time reduction actions by innovating solutions towards customers’ goals with effective cost.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- Knowledgeable in Front of Line Process: Wirebond, Die Attach, Die Prep; End of Line Process: Mold, DTFS, Laser Mark, Final Test, FVI; SMT or Top Level Assembly Process
