JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist on execution of trade marketing strategy and programs.
- Lead and coach assign Brand Ambassadors to implement promotional activities.
- Ensure 100% manning deployment of assigned area Brand Ambassadors.
- Motivate and encourage Brand Ambassadors to achieve their monthly target strategically.
- Develop and maintain Brand Ambassadors team schedules with delegate of task and deadlines setting.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably on Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management or any related courses.
- Candidate should have at least 2-3 years and up working experience as Team Leader in Marketing
- Proficient on Microsoft Office is a must.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet short deadlines
- Advance analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong creative ability
